A Week(+) of Sunshine: Day Six

St. Thomas was our next destination.  The day was gray (I love overcast days!) with muted splashes of color.  We took a ferry to St. John's and spent most of the day at Caneel Bay.

We rented boogie boards and rode the waves in.

It felt good to cool off in the shade at a local beachside restaurant.

I didn't have my camera with me for most of the day so all of these photos were taken with the convenient camera on my phone (except for this first one).

A Week(+) of Sunshine: Day Three

December 25th was our first full day on the cruise ship.  It felt kind of funny listening to Christmas music on my i-pod while wearing a swimsuit!  We spent most of the day lounging in the sun and reading. 

We also celebrated Christmas by reading Luke 2 together and praying.  It was a very special Christmas!

A Week(+) of Sunshine: Day Two

We woke up in the wonderful humidity of Miami.  After breakfast we headed to our ship's (the "Liberty") port.  After unpacking our luggage we joined our family on the main deck to set sail.

A Week(+) of Sunshine: Day One

Sunday we arrived back in Minnesota.  Life has been a whirlwind since then.  I just put away laundry from our vacation this evening :).  I wanted to share a few pictures from our travels with you (even if it's only a couple for now).

In Flight
